03.- Corridor

This auxiliary building is located in the yard of the Rectory House, between it cabanón (1) and the main building (2). It consists of a two-storey structure with a slab roof, an open ground floor and a corridor on the upper floor, supported by slate columns.

The upper space holds a sample of grinding rodas (wheels) or molas (millstones). Some pieces are foot-operated and are placed in a wooden trough that was filled with water to prevent heating and to facilitate abrasion.

Under the corridor, along with a collection of different models of wheelbarrows and carts, the working tools of the canteiro (stonemason), one of the most important trades in the rural world, are on display.
